Every year during mid-October Danish schools have a mid-autumn break. This was originally done due to the fact that during this time every year children were needed on farms to harvest the potato crops. Although the kids these days are bummed they have to spend time having game nights, visiting the zoo, and decorating for Halloween, they try to make the best of it! ;)
Hver år mid i Oktober Dansk skole har Efterårs ferie. I gammel dage det var kun fordi danske bondegår behøved hjelp til afgrøde kartofler. Selv om børnene i moderne tid er lidt bedrøvet de skal spille spiller eller ud til besøge vild dyr på zoo, og travlt med pynte for Halloween, det prøve til lavede det mest med det! ;)
Cada año durante el medio de Octubre las escuelas de Dinamarca tomen vacaciones de otoño. Este tradicione comenso primero porque los niños nessisitaron ayudar piscar papas. Hoy en los tiempos modernas, niños estan un poco tristes que nessisitan gastar tiempo jugando, visitando lugares como el zoo, o haciendo decoraciones de Halloween, pero hacen la lucha como pueden! ;)

My in-laws are now on-line, and would like to receive the blog too, so the Danish is necessary, and in fairness to my heritage...Spanish needs to go in there too.
